Spellings:
Year Two: Children will have a RWi Spelling Log Book. In here they will write their spellings they are to practise alongside the rule for the unti to explore and understand the reasoning behind the spellings formation. The children will aslo note any spellings they get wrong in their spelling tests so they can return to these and practise them. They will also have common exception words to learn.
Year One: Children will be given words to aid their blending and spelling, as well as words linked the their sound from RWi phonics lessons. They will also have common exception words to learn.
