This week we are thinking about the food we eat, and how to stay healthy. Look at the power point on the link below to find out about different types of food.
Things You Can Do:

Keep a diary of the things you eat this week and then see if you have eaten a balanced diet.

Design a balanced meal. You can use the cut-out sheets on the website or do it in real life. (check with your mum and dad first if you decide to cook).

Play the Healthy Eating and Living board game.

Think of all the different ways you look after yourself to keep your body and mind healthy.
