Swimming Consent- Class 2 and Some Class Three

FAO: All Class Two parents and parents of Class Three children whom need to continue swimming.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
In order to take your child swimming tomorrow we need a signed consent form, so that we can them off site and travel to and from the baths on the bus.
In your child's school bag is a letter that we would ask that you complete and bring back with you tomorrow (13th September).
We apologise for the short notice of this. We have had a change of Administrator and lots of changes to our ICT infrastructure which has caused some delays. We really appreciate your patience.
Reminder of Kit for tomorrow going forth every Friday:
● Swimwear
● Goggles
● Towel
● Swimming Cap- not essential but recommended (can be bought at the centre for £2.50 on the day)
● Plastic bag to put the wet swimwear in
