We still need a few consent forms for the France trip.
This is a form sent over from the trip Leader Mrs Heap and she requires this particular document to be returned.
We have also been informed that we need a copy of your child’s passport prior to the trip. Please email in an image of your passport or bring it in for it to be scanned in. Thank you.
