Annual General Meeting of Friends of North Stainley School (FoNSS)

Dear Parents, guardians and carers,
I write to advise you that the Annual General Meeting of Friends of North Stainley School (FoNSS) will take place at 19.00 on Wednesday 3rd November at the Staveley Arms. As you will be aware, FoNSS is the charity that works to raise funds to support the school and allow the children to have access to extra activities and facilities that cannot be provided within the school's allocated budget. We are always keen for new members to join the committee and help with this crucial work; even if you are not able to commit to being a committee member we would still welcome your ideas and thoughts so please do join us on 3rd November if you can.
Please find attached a copy of the formal notice of the AGM together with the agenda for the meeting. Ideally any nominations for committee membership should be given in writing to the Chair prior to the meeting (please see attached notice for contact details).
