After a discussion with Madam Heap this morning, we have confirmed that everyone who has paid the deposit is able to go on the trip to France!
The remainder of the payment has been listed on ParentPay and has been set up in instalments to be paid by the beginning of April 2023.
The £100 deposit has secured your place and is none refundable if your child does not attend. However please note that if absence occurs due to illness then the insurance will cover this and a full refund will be made.
It may be the case that the trip is slightly cheaper than the £500 requested and if this is the case, refunds will be made.
A letter will be sent out with further details over the next week.
Madam Heap also mentioned that the children are allowed to take spending money. Some money will be required for the trip to and from France and this will need to be in GBP. They are also allowed to take spending money for the time in France which will need to be in Euros.
