Dear Parents and carers
As you are aware we have had numerous positive cases of Covid within the school over the last week. This includes several members of staff which has impacted on the ability to run the school to the usual high standards. We are able to keep the school open as we can safely accommodate all the children in school, which is the requirement to determine whether the school remains open or has to close.
However could we please make you aware that due to the low numbers of staff, we are on a more fragmented structure than we are used to. We ask for your consideration as there may be less work sent home than you are used to and the usual school day may be altered to accommodate the low levels of staff.
Unfortunately we will be unable to run activity clubs after school on Thursday (tomorrow) and on Friday. We apologise for the short notice please do let us know if this causes you problems with work commitments and we will try to help.
Hopefully normal service will resume in the next few weeks.
